League Kickoff Day
The start day of the season, players are sent a kickoff email that contains important information about the league and players contact information.
Your Task - "Flexible Scheduling"
After this kickoff email is sent, it is the player's task to communicate with other players. Players should work with their partners and opponents to find an agreeable time and location to play the match. While PicklePairUp.com doesn't mandate your playing schedule, it is recommended that players schedule at least one match per week and we give a schedule framework as shown below. This allows for flexibility throughout the season. Please communicate with your opponents. We allow teams to play 1 rematch per season. The regular season is all about playing as much as you can.

We have found that giving some structure to the season helps teams organize and increases the chances of getting all the matches completed on time.

A match is best 2 out of 3 games

Where to play?
We have a list of courts on our registration page. If you prefer courts that you don't see listed, please let us know and we'll add them to the list!
When do we play?
There is no set day and time when matches are played. Match times are arranged by both teams when it is most convenient for them in the suggested week. Any of the 6 matches can be played ahead of schedule, as long as they are not played past the Score Reporting Deadline for each week. We'll send suggested weeks for each match to be played, and all 6 matches of each season are played in a 9 week time frame. At the very least, you should strive to get half your matches done by the halfway mark of the season.
Seasons and Playoffs
Spring 2024 season is from April 27 until July 4.
Summer 2024 season is from July 13 until September 14.
2024 Playoffs start September 14.
Pickleball Skill Level Rating
Please let us know your approximate Pickleball Rating and if we have enough teams, we'll split into more than one division to keep the matches more even. For those who have never played before, the social league is for you!
