I acknowledge the risks associated with playing pickleball, accept those risks voluntarily, and in consideration of my acceptance in the league, assume all risks for bodily injury, and waive all claims for injury.
I acknowledge that Pickle Pair Up is not responsible for the conduct of it’s members, and I release and hold harmless Pickle Pair Up and it’s employees and agents with respect to any misconduct or offensive actions by league players.
I also consent to the release of my email and phone number to other players in the league for the purposes of arranging practice and playing pickleball matches.
I will be a good pickler, be courteous, flexible, and polite, be a good communicator with my partner and opponents, and get my matches played in a timely manner!
